Booking
No booking will be accepted without a fully completed official contract
accompanied by a deposit of £75.
Amendment
Amendments to contracts, once received by us may incur a charge.
If the new requirement can be fulfilled, the deposit will be transferred
and treated as a new booking with deposit paid. If the new requirement
cannot be fulfilled by us owing to non-availability or other reason,
the booking will be deemed as a cancellation.
Cancellations
Cancelled bookings will forfeit all monies paid and must be confirmed
in writing.
Balance of Payment
Balance of all monies owing will be payable within 14 days prior
to the wedding. Make your cheques payable to R.M. Hann.
